Very pleased with the service from DRA PAT Testing Ltd. First time we have used the company but wont be the last. Very efficient and friendly service from the first point of contact to the job being done. Jordan who completed the job was very friendly and did a quick but thorough job. 

We use DRA for our school PAT testing and, as always, we receive a brilliant and reliable service. The team were very accommodating to the dates we could do. When they arrived they were really friendly and efficient. The communication we received both prior and following our PAT testing was excellent! We would definitely recommend!

As a private landlord, I am very safety orientated and want to provide the best for my tenants. I wanted to have a small electric stove heater tested and Jordan from DRA came to my home to do the work. He was absolutely excellent in every way. He was on time, carried out the test very efficiently and then I got my report very quickly. I will definitely use DRA in future and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs portable appliances rested. I’m a very happy customer.

We used DRA PAT testing for the first time this week. I was very happy with the communication from Jane, the tester, who (unlike me) arrived at the agreed time. She carried out all the testing in a very thorough and efficient manner, and was a pleasure to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my 3 separate reports the same day. Great service from Jane and DRA – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

From start to finish DRA were professional and amenable. Richard met me on site to discuss my requirements, provided a price within an agreed period and then worked with the school to meet our timescales and needs. He then on a regular basis, kept me up dated on how the work was going and any issues. I would highly recommend DRA PAT testing for any PAT Testing.

Very responsive, very good service, very impressed! Richard was very quick to respond to my enquiry, we were booked in quickly too. The work was done with no hassle, we received a very professional service. 

This company carried out our annual PAT Testing and arranged to come out quite quickly which was a bonus. The lads were absolutely brilliant, very professional, courteous and chatty while carrying out their job. They were a great bunch of lads and we couldn’t fault any of them. They didn’t dilly dally, they got on with the job very professionally. We will definitely use them again next year and Richard has already advised he will send a reminder. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend DRA PAT Testing as they are efficient, professional and polite. They have attended our business centre frequently to test items for the building and for occupiers. Kyle has attended multiple times and is always pleasant and understanding if there are any requests relating to which rooms can be accessed at certain times etc. Additionally, Richard is very helpful when booking in the testing and his communication is excellent. He is also always willing to offer guidance/support if needed which is very helpful.

Used DRA now for several years carrying out PAT testing. Always polite, professional service, and above all reliable – helps a lot when you’re dealing with tenant access. In short you don’t need to go anywhere else.

Rob the testing engineer arrived on time. Communicated well to start the testing immediately after a small walk around. He Worked well with all concerned to get all the items tested within the day and was willing to stay till completed. Test Report was received the same day for all items and they will be booked in to retest in 12 months.

Now the payment for the PAT Testing has been processed, Dra advised receipt of payment and that they will contact me in advance of the retesting requirement and offered other electrical work doing such as fixed appliance testing, or your EICR.

I requested retesting were a 3 monthly site requirement was in place and this was arranged and completed efficiently. Report was sent in and invoice was then received. Great service. Keep up the good work and i look forward to DRA getting in touch for the retesting in 3 months as i have already arranged the 12 monthly retesting of office / shop floor equipment.

DRA have been doing our PAT testing for a few years now and we have always received a professional and affordable service and Jane was no exception. She was friendly, helpful and professional (even with my million questions as I like to find out the hows and whys of everything!). I’d recommend DRA to anyone. Thank you again 🙂

We needed a PAT testing inspection / certificate to conform with our Health and Safety program, we contacted DRA Pat Testing Ltd and were very impressed with the speed in which they responded with a very reasonable quote and a date to carry out the work within a week of our acceptance.
Jane ( Potts ) arrived on time and talked us through the procedure of work to be carried out, there was little or no disruption to the shop floor as she went about the inspection and once complete explained and advised on certain areas of the report.

We can’t praise DRA highly enough for a brilliant and seamless service, Janes professionalism and knowledge is a credit to the Company, we look forward to their continued service in the future as our preferred choice of Electrical Contractor.
